Guided by a Local Expert

All tours are personally guided by Patricio Oses, a certified local guide and professional landscape photographer with more than a decade of experience exploring the Atacama Desert and the Andean Altiplano.

Growing up in northern Chile and living in San Pedro de Atacama for many years has allowed him to develop an extensive knowledge of the desert, its landscapes, wildlife, geology and the culture of the Atacameño or Lickan Antai people, whose history in this region spans more than 12,000 years.

This local knowledge allows travelers to discover not only the famous highlights of the region, but also remote locations that remain unknown to most visitors.
